1. If you require any of the home services listed on our website, please send your request via

   The service-request shall be in this format:
   - Service Needed.
   - Location/Area.
   - Preferred Date & Time.
2. Our consultant or a registered worker will contact you shortly to visit your premises, conduct a work assessment and estimation, and deliver the required service.
3. A fixed visiting charge of Rs. 250/- per service shall apply to each new site visit conducted by a worker or consultant.
4. When the worker or consultant arrives, please verify their credentials—such as name, phone number, ID card, etc.—with us via WhatsApp or by calling us directly at +91- 7676 2340 76.
5. Service-related charges and/or the cost of required components will be quoted or communicated by the worker after assessing the work at site.
   Upon mutual agreement on the work estimation and pricing, the service will be carried out, and the customer shall make payment on the spot to our company via QR scanner code.
6. The visiting charges and the service fee shall be paid online to the FIRM/COMPANY’S ACCOUNT ONLY (XINFONIX TECH LLP), either via the firm/company’s QR code scanner (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.) or through the firm’s payment gateway (e.g., NEFT, RTGS, debit/credit card, etc.), directly by the customer (service seeker) in the presence of the worker/consultant at the site.
   NO CASH PAYMENTS are allowed or accepted. Any cash payment made shall be entirely at the customer’s sole risk, and the firm/company shall bear no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any loss, claim, or consequence arising therefrom.
7. The worker shall render the required service to your satisfaction. Payment of the predetermined amount shall be made before, during, or upon completion of the service, as applicable in each specific case.
8. In the event of any issue or concern with the worker or consultant, you may lodge a complaint by contacting our helpline at +91-7676 2340 76. Our team shall provide the necessary assistance and guidance in this regard.
9. Once a service request has been created, cancellation may not be possible. The decision of our backend support team will be final in this matter.
10. The Platform (A2Z-WORKS.com) and/or the Platform Owner shall bear no responsibility or liability for any acts, omissions, or obligations arising from the services rendered by the worker/consultant to the customer (or user). Any disputes, claims, or issues pertaining to the service or any related matter shall be resolved amicably and exclusively between the customer (or user) and the worker/consultant. The customer (or user) and the worker/consultant hereby agree to indemnify and hold the Platform Owner harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to any third-party claims.
11. We strive to provide you with quality workers/consultants who are disciplined, well-behaved, and polite.
    However, if you encounter any difficulties in dealing with a worker/consultant, please report it by contacting our helpline at +91-7676 2340 76.
12. In case of an emergency, please call our Helpline: +91- 7676 2340 76.
    If the situation escalates and you require urgent assistance, please contact the local police immediately.
13. Our workers and consultants are entitled to dignity and respect. We make every effort to safeguard their livelihood and well-being. We request that you accord them the same respect and courtesy while utilizing their services.
